We’re so excited to have you and your furry friend with us! To keep tails wagging and everyone safe, we’ve put together a few simple rules for our daycare and boarding family. Think of these as the house rules that makes playtime fun, cozy naps peaceful, and every pup’s stay as happy as can be.

These guidelines aren’t meant to feel strict—they’re here to make sure your dog, and every other pup in our care, gets the love, safety, and joy they deserve.

Thank you for helping us keep daycare safe, fun, and full of wagging tails!

Leash & handoff

Please always hand your pup to a staff member while on leash. For everyone’s safety, unleashed pups aren’t allowed in the facility.

COLLAR & TAG

Your dog’s collar should have a tag with their name and your emergency contact information. These helps us reach you quickly if needed.

DOORS & safety

For safety, please do not open doors or go further inside unless a staff member guides you. This helps keep pups safe and secure.

drop off & pick-up

Please make sure to keep in mind our opening and closing hours.

For pick-up a $20 late fee applies for every 15 minutes after closing, after 35 minutes your pup will automatically be checked into overnight boarding ($89).
For boarding if your pup arrives after our closing hours our staff is not permitted to open the door so please keep this in mind, your pup will not be allowed inside the facility until opening hours.

Meals & meds

Please bring meals pre-portioned in ziplock bags.

Do not pack food in tupperware, Fur Seasons and it’s employees will not be responsible for any losses.
If your pup needs medication, please pack it separately with clear instructions.

Health & safety

Any and all medical conditions (past or present) must be shared with us before your pup’s stay so we can give them the best possible care.

Toys & extras

We provide everything your pup needs! Please leave toys, bowls, blankets, and other items at home unless absolutely necessary.
